APEX savjetovanje was founded by Zoran Zemlić. Daniel Radić joined the firm in 2024 and Ivona Gazdić in 2025; all three previously worked together at KPMG Croatia.

Former KPMG CEE Head of Deal Advisory, 2017-2024

Joined KPMG in London in 1995 and qualified as a chartered accountant (ACA). Moved to KPMG Croatia in 2000, advising across Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Austria, Germany and Switzerland. As partner, headed the Financial Advisory department for Croatia and the CEE region. Led advisory teams on some of the largest transactions in Croatia. Joined APEX in 2024.

Zoran Zemlić

Zoran Zemlić

Former KPMG Croatia Director · 20+ years of regional M&A

Joined KPMG in 2000, working across tax, audit and advisory and leading financial due diligence, valuations, restructurings and SPA advisory. In 2010 became a board member of Alternative Private Equity, a EUR 80 million venture capital fund, taking part in launching the fund, analyzing investments and executing transactions. Rejoined KPMG in 2014 focusing on M&A for domestic and international clients, and founded APEX savjetovanje in 2022.

Ivona Gazdić

Certified Valuer · Former KPMG Croatia Associate Director

Joined the Financial and Transaction Advisory department of KPMG Croatia in 2011, working across Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Experience spans M&A due diligence, company valuations, purchase price allocations, non-performing loan portfolio reviews, independent business reviews, restructurings and business planning. Joined APEX in 2025.
